Etsy Headband - Three Ponds Vintage

It’s time for our fourth Budget Christmas Giveaway! This giveaway is sponsored by the Etsy shop Three Ponds Vintage. Elisha from Three Ponds Vintage sells vintage products along with handmade headbands. She sent me a handmade headband to review and she has offered a handmade headband for one of my readers. It will make a great Christmas gift, or a gift to yourself!

Etsy gifts are my favorite Christmas presents. Not only are you giving somebody a unique handmade item, you are also supporting a work at home person!

Elisha makes beautiful handmade headbands so I was very excited to review one for her! The headbands consist of a ribbon that is attached to double black elastic band. You slip them over your head (so they are the type of headband that goes completely around your head). I choose the navy blue headband to review. The color was beautiful and well-represented in the picture posted on Etsy. The size is a “one size fits most” and unfortunately my head size is not “most”. The headband was about 4″ too large for me (I could pull 3.5″ away from my head in order to get it match my head, but I had to pull about 4.5″ of it off my head in order to get it to feel snug). Elisha did say that you could attach the headband using bobby pins, but I did not have any to try that. It is a beautiful headband; it just doesn’t fit me.

Elisha said that she will be adding the size to the description of the headbands. If you measure yourself to see if it will fit then keep in mind that the double elastic band is stretchy so you actually want one that is slightly smaller than your head (0.5″-1.5″ smaller).

GIVEAWAY!!

Elisha has offered to giveaway her Cinnamon Brown Headband to a lucky reader. You can enter the giveaway using any (or all) of the methods below. Leave a separate comment for each:

The winner will be chosen on Wednesday November 9th via random.org. The odds of winning depends on the number of entries received and the number of entries you complete. I will forward the winner’s information to the sponsor who will handle prize fulfillment. The winner will have 48 hours from the time the winner is drawn to contact me to claim their prize. I will notify the winner via the email they use in the comment form.
