Free Tool to Help you Organize (and Remember)

Blue Mountains - A Panorama

This week my email subscribers got a message about how I use my iPod Touch to help me organize (those of you who are not on my email list and want to be then make sure you head over here to sign up). One of the apps that I use is a Birthday reminder app. Well, today I found something that can go along with that!

American Greetings and Blue Mountain have memberships to an unlimited number of printable cards, invitations, greetings, and more. You can send them as an ecard or print them out and mail them. Either way, it makes my life a thousand times easier! You can connect it with your facebook account (so it can pull important dates for you) and you can also set up reminders for special days.

AmericanGreetings.com has a free 7 day trial. If you choose to continue then it is $2.99 a month, $15.99 a year, or $29.99 for two years. The $15.99/year seems like a pretty good deal. I think I easily have at least one birthday or special occasion each month so $1.33 is cheap.

Or visit Blue Mountain to Send eCards for Every Occasion. It has a free 14 day trial. If you choose to continue your membership on their site then it is $15.99/year for an ecard only subscription or $29.99/year for an ecard and printable subscription.

I’d love to say that I make it to the store every time there is a birthday in my network of family and friends, but I do not. If I could set up ecards, print cards right from my computer, and have reminders (and scheduling) to help me then I wouldn’t miss another one. They even have an exclusive Amazon gift card holder that pretties up an Amazon gift card. It adds that special touch that lets somebody know you are thinking of them.

I’m not sure which one I like more. I will probably do a trial at each and then decide.
