Sprout Pregnancy iPod App Review and Giveaway

Fetus at 38 weeks after fertilization 3D Pregn...

I was given the Sprout Pregnancy App so I could review it for you ladies and all I can say is WOW!

My favorite part is the 3D pictures. You input your due date and each week the picture updates to show you how your baby is developing. I say it is my favorite part simply because it is nice to log in and see a “picture” of your baby. The other features are even more useful.

There is a “doctor says” section that shows what to expect at your doctor visit and gives you some idea as to the questions to ask along with a “to do” section.

The organizer is where you can type in your own notes. The MD Visit Planner is where you can type your questions, the to do is where you can input your own tasks (pregnancy related or not), and a newborn essentials and hospital bag list that you can edit (delete and add items) on your own.

Beyond that there is the weight tracker, kick counter, and contraction timer. I used my regular phone to time my contractions – this device would have made it a lot easier!

And for those of you wondering, no I am NOT pregnant. My almost three year old and five month old is enough for me right now! I do have two sisters who are pregnant, however, so I thought I would give this app a spin to see if I could recommend it to them.
