No, it is an invite only deals site. There are a few of those now (I keep tabs on them to keep up with the deals they are offering). They offer sales for specific brands (generally 3-7 at a time). Each brand will offer certain items for a discount of about 60% off.
You have to sign up to see the sales and to purchase the items though.
