6 oz turkey or pork sausage, (casings removed)
1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp pepper
1 can (14 1/2 oz or about 2 cups) Sliced New Potatoes, drained
2 Tbsp green onion, sliced
Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet until no longer pink; drain.
Beat together eggs, milk, and pepper. Add to skillet with potatoes and onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring until eggs are set. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired.
