As most of you know, I have been affiliated with BeCentsAble for over a year and a half now. It is a very useful site that has links to coupon matchups for grocery and drug stores around the country along with articles on how to save money in other ways.  I have written a few guest posts for them, including one on saving on organic produce.  I recommend that all fellow frugalites spend some time on the BeCentsAble website.

Chrissy and Kristin have put together one of the most comprehensive and easy to understand frugal living book that I have read in a long time.  That is saying a lot because I read quite a few frugal living books.  Most of them rehash the same information and although it is great information, it is things that you will see and learn over and over again.  BeCentsAble is different.  It teaches you that you can save money with coupons, but then there are full chapters on saving on utilities, budget, reselling, travel, and entertainment.  They also show you that you can save lots of money with coupons, but you do not have to be a super couponer to save money.

I love how Chrissy and Kristen are able to explain these simple living habits without making it sound like an impossibly hard task.  You can save LOTS of money using their technique.  My own saving habits are closer to what they explain in this book.  I do not buy lots of processed foods, I only get one newspaper, and we eat a decent amount of organic.  My budget is still $200 a month and I always am able to reach that.  You do not have to be a super stockpiler and use twenty newspapers to save money (although you can!)
