Target’s coupon policy is here. Print it out if you think you will have trouble using a coupon worth more than the product. It says that they will accept it and reduce it to the cost of the product.

If you are worried about overages, get 6 bars of soap & use 5 coupons – and pay $.02 + tax 🙂
That would work 🙂 You would have to have access to 3 computers to get that many coupons though.
