Transaction #1 = Buy 2 Oust sprays.  You will spend $3.99 and get a $6 ECB back

Transaction #2 = Buy 2 Green bags or bag tags, a small item (candy bar maybe), and 2 Pantenes.  You will spend $0.45 and get a $2 and $1 ECB back.
