Meet Unprocessed Parenting with a Giveaway!

Giveaway at Little People WealthI met Erin from Unprocessed Parenting on a parenting blog that I frequent. I happened to look at her Etsy cart and I was very impressed! She has a wide selection of items that are just gorgeous. Ring slings, nursing covers, eco totes, dryer balls, and wipes in beautiful fabrics and colors.

Erin said she has been a WAHM for a few months and she started so she could share her love of natural family living alternatives that were still cost effective.

We have a pair of dryer balls and they are wonderful! Plus, since they are wool (not the plastic ones you can find in the store) you can scent them. I have some wonderful essential and fragrance oils that I drop on top of the ball at the start of a cycle. Our whole house smells fresh and clean.

Her nursing covers are the kind that you can peek down at your little one, but others cannot. Those are great because it is hard to nurse a child without being able to see them! It is one of those things you (or at least I) did not realize until I had to do it, LOL!Giveaway at Little People Wealth

My ring sling is my favorite baby accessory. It also gets the most compliments! I use my eco totes everywhere! Cashiers are getting more and more used to seeing them, which is nice. I get discounts some places, but the greatest savings is the earth and the plastic bags that used to litter my house. Wipes are always useful and my son loves to reach for the cute ones!

Erin’s favorite thing to make is the dryer balls. She said it is really relaxing to spin them and she likes that she can do it anywhere. When asked where she gets her inspiration she said:

From everyone who leads a more natural lifestyle – there is so much information out there that I’ll never learn it all, but I can keep trying! And in return, I try to teach others what I’ve been taught. Maybe some day the way we live won’t be considered ‘alternative’, just the way things are done 🙂

Giveaway!! Erin has offered free dryer balls to a lucky reader! These take the place of pesky dryer sheets and since they are wool they are completely natural. I LOVE mine!

To stay green, we reuse plastic wal mart bags as trash can liners instead of buying garbage bags.

To be green, I cook a lot from scratch. We have a lot less garbage from all the boxes, etc. that processed food is packaged in.

I like the grocery bags best. I can't decide which one, though. 🙂

To be more green, I cook from scratch a whole lot, use vinegar for cleaning and laundry, and line dry our clothes.

Thanks!

To stay green, we use cloth bags for grocery shopping, recycle like mad, and reuse things until they fall to bits. 🙂

I like the mesh grocery bags. They would be perfect for putting produce in so I wouldn't have to use the plastic bags in the store.
