Smitten Blog Design Giveaway!

Now for the second giveaway, this one is for a blog design so all you bloggers (or those of you who would like to start a blog) this one is for you 🙂 Be sure to send me the link when you have it up!

I met Kate and Heather when I was looking for a designer to update my blog. They have some of the cutest designs 🙂 The timing was not quite right (Heather was having a baby when I inquired about a design), but I am sure I will use them for some additions in the future!

Kate and Heather have been in the blogging design business for a year, they get their inspiration “from everything around us” and it shows! The designs they create are unique and beautiful. They are also affordable! Really affordable, they even create free designs that you can use.

They said they like making the free designs because when they make them they can “really explore their creativity”. The hardest thing about their business is keeping up with the custom orders and still providing free designs to bloggers.

They sometimes work together, but usually they split the orders and then give each other feedback. I think this is a brilliant way to run a design business because you are always going to have a second opinion before it goes to the client.

They started out as designers after they had children and made the decision to stay home with them 🙂 They began free templates and then expanded to their affordable ismitten designs and later they even added complete customization!
