Potato Corn Chowder – Dinner under $10

dinners under $10 potato corn chowderThis is a wonderful recipe! It can be found in the Betty Crocker cookbook.

INGREDIENTS
16 oz. of hashbrown potatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 can evaporated milk
8 slices bacon
onion to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce.

Throw everything (except for the bacon) in a crockpot for 3 hours. Top with bacon. Simple, cheap, and delicious!

Sounds very good. Do you fry the bacon and place on when serving?

Yep! You don’t need it, but it does add a lot to the soup.
