Amanda runs an online store called Newly Eco Mama. It has tons of great, SAFE products! With all the recalls and chemical problems in many of our products it is nice to have a place to go for safe, healthy products.
While pregnant I did a lot of research, and along with my husband, we decided that for us, we wanted to be as safe as possible, within reason of course when it came to what was around us. It started with the basics – avoiding smoke, caffeine, artificial flavors and sweeteners. Now that our baby is here and growing, we pay more and more attention to the chemicals in toys, articles of clothing, and shampoos. We feel it is important to recognize how much the world has changed and we cannot depend on governmental agencies to protect us. So, we feel it is better to be safe than sorry.
Amanda’s favorite product is RLR and she says that it is also her top seller!
Amanda has a masters in education, business, and she is working on a masters in psychology! She telecommutes for her business analyst job and also runs her online store. She wrote a paper on Environmental Toxins on Child Brain Development and said that gave her even more inspiration for her store.
