This is the second site (that I’ve noticed this on) that has stated the Hershey deal is spend $10 get $5 ECB. My circular states it is $15 not $10. My receipts also shows this is the case. ??

My matchup says buy $15 get $5? I’m not sure what other site you were talking about, but maybe you are reading the matchups wrong.

Hershey’s Bliss $3, $5 when you buy $15
Printable $1 Coupon – use 5, spend $10
Get $5 ECB’s

Does that help? The price before your coupons is what the register uses in order to calculate ECB’s.
