And now for the Money Making Monday post! Today we are going to take a look at EHow.
EHow pays you to write “how to” articles. It is pretty straight forward. Sign up for an account and then follow the steps to submit an article. It took about half a day for the first article to be published, but since then the articles I write go straight to “published” status.
Once you sign up for the Writers Compensation Program (just give them a social security number so your earnings can be reported) you are ready to go! The minimum payout is $10.
The more popular your articles are the more you will earn. You can rate and comment on other writers articles. EHow tracks how many views your article has had and you can see that information on your profile page.
This seems like a pretty straight forward money making program! Just write about what you know and make some extra money 🙂 Write about recipes, home improvement, or just about anything!

Thanks for the great information – I haven’t checked out the site myself but was wondering – did you hesitate to give them your ssn?
I didn’t because the only reason they use it is to report your income. I also check my credit report regularly though so I rarely worry about things like that.
You don’t have to give it to them until you are ready to be paid 🙂 That way you could get used to using it and see how you like it before revealing your SSN.
