For the next two weeks here is what I have for the main dinner dish:
-Italian cheese bread (I got this recipe off of a link on moneysavingmom.com)
–Jalapino poppers
-Macaroni & cheese w/ hotdogs (I know it isn’t good for you, but I love it – this is for me and DH, I feed DS healthier foods)
-Grilled Cheese
-Spaghetti
-Tamales
-Quesidillas (I’ll post the recipe later)
-Chimichungas (I’ll post the recipe later)
–Homemade Pizza rolls
-Rice a roni
-Vegiburgers (twice)
-Tacos (with turkey not beef)
-Hotdogs
I didn’t plan the side dishes yet – I’ll just pull those from whatever we have in the kitchen. When I get used to using a main dish menu plan then I’ll add the side dishes. For breakfast we have enough cereal to last us at least a couple of months. For lunches I have lunchmeat for sandwiches and I tend to eat dinner leftovers for my lunch.
DS gets homemade cereal & water for breakfast, homemade yogurt or store bought cottage cheese & juice for lunch, and 3 fruits/vegis & soy milk for dinner. I make the fruits/vegis for him as well and try to use only organic. Twice a day he gets a snack (cheerios once and tofu once) with water. I’ll post the cereal and yogurt recipes sometime. This week I need to make squash, red potato, green beans, and avocado and I have papaya, sweet potato, banana, and peas already made.
